DORMIN HOLDINGS LIMITED is a company that applies modern day skills, competence and initiative of its staff members and directors in ensuring that its clients enjoy paramount service. Established in April 2014, Dormin has grown to become a recognized and respected construction company.

What we do

Dormin provides building and construction services to corporate and individual clients with the intention of giving our clients works similar to what our clients would expect of an internal in-house construction firm.

We do initial planning and concept development of civil and structural works, meeting our clients’ construction and building needs and going beyond to establish lasting structures and maintaining and fabricating of existing structures to meet modern day demands. We also assist our clients in obtaining competitive prices and professionals in the industry through partnerships with other market leaders.

We have vast experience in the building industry where we have constructed both small and big houses ranging from residential and business premises and also institutional buildings.

Dormin offers a wide range of structural and civil engineering construction ranging from reinforced concrete structures, steel structures erections and road construction in concrete, gravel, paving blocks, bitumen roads and associated drainage structures.

We offer a diverse range of installation services, including: student fit-outs, commercial and residential kitchens, office decorating and designs, furniture installation, office relocation and warehouse storage.

Dormin also offers a wide range of project management services which include but not limited to construction project planning & management, contract management, construction project supervisions and site inspections.

Our clients, who frequently come to us on referral or for repeat projects value our professionalism, construction skills, sound advice and the range of services we offer. This has helped us to build our reputation in the public and commercial building services sectors.
